Lucy91 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

01 Eligibility

To register and use the Lucy91 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. Lucy91 is an adult platform and access by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are the person whose details have been submitted during registration.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Lucy91 platform does not breach any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Lucy91 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or lawful in any specific location. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk and on your own responsibility.

Employees of Lucy91, their immediate family members, and associated contractors are not permitted to register or participate as players on the platform.

02 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one Lucy91 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held in them.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information. You must keep your account details, including your mobile number and email address, current and accurate. If Lucy91 has reason to believe that information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. Any action taken under your account credentials will be treated as action taken by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Lucy91 support immediately.

Lucy91 may, at any time, require you to verify your identity by submitting documentation such as a copy of your CNIC or a bank statement. This is a standard identity verification process. Accounts that do not pass identity verification may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is completed.

03 Deposits

All deposits on the Lucy91 platform are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued debit and credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

Deposits are processed by Lucy91 at no additional charge from our side. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Lucy91's control. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your account balance within 60 seconds.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method and account tier. These limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account. Lucy91 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

Funds deposited on Lucy91 are held for platform gaming and betting use only. Depositing funds for any purpose other than participating in the platform's available games and betting markets is not permitted.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method registered on your account. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by Lucy91 support following an identity verification process.

Withdrawal processing times vary by account tier. Standard accounts are processed within the standard queue. VIP account holders — Silver tier and above — are processed on a priority queue which typically results in faster turnaround times. Diamond VIP members receive near-instant priority processing.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds while a wagering requirement is outstanding may result in the bonus amount being removed from the withdrawable balance.

Withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. These limits increase as you progress through the VIP tiers. Current withdrawal limits for your account are visible in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.

Lucy91 may request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure. Providing false or misleading documentation will result in account closure.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Lucy91 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms are communicated at the time each offer is presented.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement — the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds — applies to all bonuses. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms.

• One active bonus applies to your account at a time unless promotional terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred.
• Lucy91 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated multi-account activity.
• Bonuses are offered at Lucy91's absolute discretion and may be modified, withdrawn, or extended at any time with or without notice.
• Players who self-exclude or set deposit limits that conflict with bonus terms may have bonus eligibility adjusted accordingly.

06 VIP Programme

Lucy91 operates a four-tier VIP loyalty programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. VIP tier status is determined by cumulative platform activity across all game categories. Progression through tiers is automatic — no application is required.

VIP tier benefits — including higher transaction limits, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive game room access, and dedicated account management — are active as long as the relevant tier status is maintained. Tier status is subject to a minimum activity review. Significant periods of inactivity may result in a tier being adjusted downward at Lucy91's discretion.

VIP benefits are personal to the registered account holder. They cannot be transferred, sold, or shared. The specific benefits associated with each tier are described in the VIP programme documentation on the platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming actions placed on Lucy91 are final once confirmed. Lucy91 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in clearly defined error situations outlined below.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, Lucy91 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or game round and return the original stake to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the error favoured the platform or the player.

For sports betting, if a match is abandoned, postponed, or declared void according to the rules of the relevant governing body, the bet may be settled as a void and the stake returned, unless the specific terms of the market state otherwise.

Maximum win amounts per bet or per game session may apply. These are defined within the relevant game or betting market terms. Wins that exceed maximum limits due to a technical error will be reduced to the maximum applicable limit after review.

Lucy91 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for applicable casino games. Game results are independently verifiable and are not influenced by prior outcomes.

08 Responsible Gaming

Lucy91 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that appear after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account from accepting deposits for a defined period, typically between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full self-exclusion from the platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lucy91 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to interact with the platform without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an exploited error will be voided.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Abusing the bonus system through multi-account activity, matched betting across accounts, or other strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are linked to fraudulent activity.

Lucy91 employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. We cooperate with financial institutions, law enforcement, and other platforms where necessary in relation to fraud and financial crime investigations.

10 Privacy & Data

Lucy91 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucy91 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, site design, game interfaces, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of Lucy91 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Lucy91 platform content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of Lucy91's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

Lucy91's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the balance held in your account at the relevant time, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

Lucy91 is not liable for: losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues outside our control; losses resulting from your breach of these terms; or losses resulting from your own decisions to place bets or play games on the platform.

Gaming and betting involve financial risk. You may lose money you deposit and play with. Lucy91 does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through the use of the platform.

13 Suspension & Termination

Lucy91 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged inactivity.

If your account is closed by Lucy91 due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, the remaining PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful identity verification.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting Lucy91 support. Requests to close accounts are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed normally.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Lucy91 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through an in-platform notification or by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amended terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
